Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic

The location was perfect and the staff were hospitable. We spent evenings at The Lord High Admiral, situated 300 metres from the hotel...

The room was updated and clean and available with a sofa, king-sized bed plus comfortable chair.

The staff were attentive and responsive, providing swift assistance when needed. The location was convenient for my work commitments. The breakfast options were satisfactory.

The check-in process was a bit slow due to high demand.

Easy to find off the I95, easy access to Mystic town and surrounding areas. Nice to have a pool even thought small, enought for me. As a single traveller felt really welcomed and safe. Would stay again

the hotel was big with a marvellous and easy location near great restaurants and a world-class seaport/museum nearby. the room was new-fashioned & light filled with great toiletries, wifi plus complimentary breakfast. excellent service, though a few employees were very slow. the breakfast offered a wide array of fine meals.

The location was bad.

My room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It's conveniently located near the highway, easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice spot to unwind after a day out.

Bed waas greatr so was the bedding

Everything was very good and the staff was helpful. Beautifully maintained rooms with king-sized bed, a sofa, overflow seating and good service - just as we expected. The breakfast was delicious with variety of amazing food.

The room was very large and the bed very luxurious.

The pool area was very small and not to appealing

The location was good for attending a concert at Mohegan Sun Resort Casino, easy on and off the highway. Nice staff and clean, new accomodations.

This was my family 1st. ever outing / vacation together & I must say we were very very pleased with the staff, the facility, the cleanliness....did we mention the staff ;-) The kids were extremely happy with the pool, not too big but the water was very cozy to say the least, the snacks area, the breakfast was wonderful & the staff was very very helpful, we will / already have recommended the hotel to our friends. Thanks to you this will be one of our most memorable moment together. My only complaint I would have about the staff is.....well, we wish they would have business cards so that I could thank each & everyone of them. Its a small one but we really wish we could thank them. everyone of them.

We were very very happy with the staff, the facility (the gym) how clean they kept the hotel, the pool, the snacks area, the breakfast area was all very clean and comfy.

Hampton is a newer, well planned and lovely hotel. I particularly liked the heated indoor pool and the breakfast area. It is close to shopping and the casinos. You can actually walk to Mystic Village and some restaurants including Friendlys and Dunkin Donuts. The staff were informative and always willing to answer any questions that you had to ensure that your stay was a memorable experience. We were very impressed with the phone call we received upon our arrival asking if there was anything we needed. We would definitely stay at the Hampton the next time we are in the area which I hope is soon.

I enjoyed the beautifully decorated dining area with high ceilings and a lovely fireplace. The breakfast selection was diverse, allowing me to start my day with delicious choices.

Pool could benefit from better ventilation.

The accomodations were terrific. I liked the layout of the room and the space. I really can't say enough good things about it.It was the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in.

We checked in at 9:30pm and had the last room availble which was located on the firsrt floor, not our preference but we had no option. We quickly realized that the first floor allows pets on it and there we several dogs that had checked in and were barking up a storm near our room and the sound travels down the hall, how the personel at the desk did not hear this I do not know. I did not call the front desk as we were not going to sleep at that time, this went on for 1 hour straight then finally got quiet. We went to sleep and 3-5 and 6:30am the dogs were going at it again for short bursts. I informed the front desk upon check out and they took off 10%. I blame pet oweners as well as the staff.
